Kara’s salad dressing
½ c olive oil
2 T vinegar (balsamic, red wine, malt)
1 t mustard
1 T soy sauce — I use tamari to make it gluten free.
Blend all ingredients together.
This is very easy and always comes out great. I like it because I don’t have to taste it and do any adjusting of the seasonings. It is a tried and true recipe.
